Park City Fire Protection was founded by Lionel Montoya, a state-licensed fire sprinkler inspector with over 20 years of experience in fire protection at the federal and residential level. After managing fire protection programs for the General Services Administration and nearly a decade operating FloPros, a licensed backflow testing company serving Summit and Wasatch County, Lionel established Park City Fire Protection to bring a higher standard of inspection services.
Our Standard of Service
Every inspection we conduct is performed in accordance with NFPA 25 and the requirements of the Utah State Fire Marshal. We document system conditions thoroughly, deliver written reports the same day, and communicate findings in plain language so homeowners understand exactly what was inspected and what it means for their property.
